On Saturday, October 17th, a National Day of Celebration of the American Right To Vote is planned across the nation. It is a day to raise the awareness of the importance and the responsibility of every individual in a democracy to VOTE. Join Commit to Democracy, Good Trouble, Dems of Rossmoor, Singing Resistance Contra Costa, and Indivisible Resisters of Contra Costa at a RALLY with music and information, then a march to the nearby Drop Box to Deposit our Ballots, and a grand finale Honk & Wave at the intersection of Rossmoor Parkway and Tice Valley Blvd.

But that’s not all! There will be tons of helpful Vote Early information to give out to your friends and family, bags of chalk to decorate your local sidewalks with inspiring VOTE messages, Vote Early Chants, and colorfully designed Vote Early Posters you can use and take home to post in your window or put on your front porch.

To join the fun, arrive at the open area on Rossmoor Parkway across from Fire Station 3 at 1 PM. The event will start on time. Parking is limited, so please carpool or even walk if you are close by. You can park in the Savers or Safeway parking lots. Please do not park at the church across the way.
We hope to see you there to help us Celebrate the Right To Vote and Promote Early Voting in the midterms. You can sign up here and you will receive more details and updates as any changes develop!
