Every day, if we pay close attention, we will likely notice anywhere from minor momentary anxieties bubbling up to more persistent, substantial, or dramatic concerns or fears. What to do?
Essential Motion heightens our attunement to the stress signals in our body as a pathway for more ease and functionality.
As we begin our time together, we will share what we’re noticing in our bodies. We will offer guidance to meet our fears with compassion through words and movement. We will explore methods through body movement, breathing, and understanding "glimmers" as ways to cope with our fears and anxiety.
